WHAT IS MEDIATION?
Mediation is a structured and professional procedure for the amicable resolution and handling of conflicts. The mediation process is voluntary and the content of the discussions remain confidential. In the process, the mediator is impartial. Mediation is not about the question of guilt, but about finding optimal solutions for all parties involved.
MAKING CONTACT
We receive your message or your call and contact you promptly.
You describe the conflict to us.
Your assigned mediator will discuss the next steps with you.
CONFLICT SCREENING
Your mediator analyses the cause of the conflict in detail.
The willingness to find a mediative solution is also checked in consultation with the other parties.
Together we determine the appropriate procedure.
FINDING A SOLUTION
If possible, the conflict will be dealt with by telephone within a shuttle mediation. Depending on the situation, an on-site meeting with all the people involved is recommended.
Different approaches to a solution are outlined and discussed.
Guided by a structured process, we work out possible solution variants together.
